JOB FAIR & CONFERENCE ADMISSION COSTS

Company job fair registration includes general conference admission for all company representatives, i.e. breakfast, lunch, and parking spot reservation/validation for Campus Center Parking Garage Lot S-29, located below the Tinkham Veale University Center. Also included in that cost is a digital resume book and one 6-foot table in the very spacious ballroom for the job fair.

COMPANY SPONSORED POSTER AWARD

This year PiNO 2017 poster competition awards will only be company sponsored.  If your company chooses to sponsor an award, there is a $200 minimum (this amount can be included in advertisements, day of the event, or kept undisclosed).  The award and the judging criteria will be set by your company prior to the event and the winner will be determined by your company representatives the day of the event.   The award money will be due when registering.  PiNO will provide an award certificate and distribute the award amount of your choosing to the winners. 

COMPANY ADVERTISING COSTS

Company advertising includes the logo provided to us by the company being prominent and visible on all PiNO advertising, on the PiNO website, on the conference booklet, as well as on the website as recognition of attendance at PiNO 2017 for all future years. PiNO 2017 advertising includes emails to students, faculty, and administrators at over 40 universities spanning each coast with flyers and additional postings at these universities. Our website will also feature the company logo on our 2017 Company Sponsors tab and will be present on our website for all future years as having been present at PiNO 2017. In addition, our conference booklet handed to each individual who attends will feature the company logo.

GENERAL CONFERENCE ADMISSION

General conference admission for company representatives includes breakfast, lunch, and parking space reservation/validation for the Campus Center Parking Garage Lot S-29, located below the Tinkham Veale University Center. Please note that this admission option does not permit the representatives to be present during the job fair. This is an option for companies that have not attended PiNO in the past or those not necessarily looking to hire. It allows for the determination of whether or not PiNO is a good investment and is the right environment for recruitment and hiring.
